Winemaker information
One big family! In 1924, around 200 Ihringen winegrowing families joined forces. It was a difficult time until 1936, when the upswing began with the construction of a vintner's cellar. During the Second World War, the wine press house and the office buildings were completely destroyed. But the Ihringen winegrowers were not discouraged and rebuilt the cooperative bigger and better. Today, with its 600 members and 300 hectares of vineyards, the Ihringen winegrowers' cooperative is one of the most renowned in the Kaiserstuhl region and in Baden.
Light golden yellow in the glass, powerful Burgundy nose, yellow fruits on the nose, full on the palate with a long finish.
