Massimo Cillario, the owner of the "Tartufi al Massimo" manufactory, was born in Piedmont in the small town of Dogliani, a place in the heart of the Langhe.
Here you can find the king of delights all year round, who unites the hazelnut and wine in his entourage to form an incredible kingdom.
In Dogliani, Massimo lives with his family in the centre of the world market for truffles.
In Alba and Langhe, all the products of Piedmontese cuisine find their centre.
The company "Tartufi al Massimo" was founded in 2005 after more than twenty years of experience in close contact with local truffle seekers, the famous " Trifolao ".
Tartufi al Massimo
It is one of the most traditional truffle dishes in Piedmont. The addition of black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) gives the polenta a unique flavour. Quick and easy to prepare, they conjure up a little luxury in your everyday life too.
